Please review the following guidelines for returns, replacements, and refunds:


1. general return policy
    1. Eligibility for Returns


      • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
      • The returned product must be:
        • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
        • In its original packaging with all tags intact.
    2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products


      • Innerwear: Camisoles, panties, underwear, vests, and other similar items.
      • Products valued at ₹399 or less.
      • Items purchased during sales or at a discount.
    3. Conditions for Return


      • Partial returns are not accepted.
      • Products returned without their original packaging will incur a ₹150 restocking fee.
      • If the product received matches the order specifications, a return/replacement fee of ₹50-₹100 will apply. If the product is defective or incorrect, returns are free of charge.
    4. Process of Returnable Products


      • Our courier partners will pickup the product with 7-10 business days.
      • Your replacement product will be delivered within 10-15 days.

2. Refunds Policy
  1. Processing Refunds


    • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item is received and inspected.
    • If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or Net Banking) within 5-10 business days.
    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via cheque or direct account deposit within 10-15 business days.
  2. Late or Missing Refunds


    • If you have not received your refund:
      • Recheck your bank account.
      • Contact your credit card provider or bank as processing times may vary.

3. Exchange and Replacement Policy
  1. Eligibility for Exchange


    • Exchanges are permitted only for defective or damaged items.
    • Size or color exchanges are accepted (excluding innerwear) if the item is returned with original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Process for Exchange


    • Contact us at brcc@bonjourgroup.net with your request.
    • Approved exchanges must be shipped to Plot 18/19, Ecotech Extension 1, Kasna, 201309 Greater Noida UP, India.

3. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at brcc@bonjourgroup.net.

  1. Sale and Discounted Items


    • Products purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  2. Gift Items


    • If marked as a gift during purchase, a gift credit will be issued upon return of the product. For unmarked gifts, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

  2. Shipping Costs


    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defect in the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
